Creative Expression Workshops

JayAr Customs Foundation offers hands-on art workshops where youth customize personal items—such as sneakers, skateboards, book bags, and canvas pieces—to tell their stories through design. Students express identity, culture, and personal experiences while learning practical creative skills.

During the workshops, participants explore visual storytelling, experiment with mixed media, and learn design techniques like painting, layout, stenciling, and detail work. They also build confidence, communication skills, and emotional awareness by sharing the meaning behind their work.

Programs are available for ages 10–18 and can be delivered in schools, after-school programs, or community spaces. Each workshop ends with a personal showcase, where students present their final creations and the stories that inspired them—promoting self-expression, pride, and community connection.
